A metering platform for condominiums, built end to end and in production.
The problem
A condominium receives a single CFE electricity bill for many units. Splitting it fairly, with rates that change every month, was done by hand in spreadsheets.
What we built
- An API for condominiums, meters, readings, bills and rates, with bulk reading imports.
- Automatic allocation of every CFE bill across units and individual PDF receipts.
- A web app for administrators and residents, and a mobile app.
- Analytics that ingest hourly readings and raise alerts for water and gas leaks and underperforming solar panels.

- Splitting the bill is no longer manual work: every unit gets its calculated receipt.
- Leaks and solar faults are caught with data, not when a surprising bill arrives.

How much does a project cost?
Every project is custom, so we don't have list prices. After a free consultation we understand the scope and send you a technical and commercial proposal with timeline and cost.
How long does it take?
A working MVP is usually ready in 6 to 8 weeks. Platforms with complex integrations take 3 to 6 months. We deliver incrementally, so you see progress from the first weeks.
Who owns the code?
Ownership of the software is set in each project's contract, together with the scope, deliverables and warranty.
Do you sign NDAs?
